This page lists the browser storage and services used by the Lighthouse Legal marketing site.

### How consent works

HubSpot Forms loads by default as site functionality, with HubSpot analytics and advertising consent denied. Optional analytics and advertising start disabled. Google Tag Manager loads only after you allow one of those categories, and Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics. Apollo visitor identification and the Meta Pixel load only after you allow advertising and do not load when Global Privacy Control is enabled.

Accepting one category does not enable another. Rejecting optional tools keeps measurement off and does not restrict access to the site or contact forms.

### Necessary storage

| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| lh_consent | Lighthouse Legal | When optional measurement is configured, stores your analytics and advertising choices. | 180 days |

### Site services

| Service | Provider | Categories | Purpose and storage |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| HubSpot Forms | HubSpot | Necessary functionality | Displays requested contact forms and sends the information you submit. The embed may use security and form-delivery storage. HubSpot analytics and advertising consent remain denied. |
| Google Tag Manager | Google | Analytics and advertising | Loads only the optional measurement tools covered by your choices. Google Tag Manager does not set its own cookie. |
| Google Analytics 4 | Google | Analytics | Counts visits and completed demo bookings, and reports which pages and referrers people use. It loads only after you allow analytics. Sets the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_X18NHQGRSM, which expire after 2 years. After analytics consent, the site uses lh_demo_bookings in session storage to prevent duplicate booking events within a tab. It stores up to 100 booking identifiers, sends none of those identifiers to Google, and clears them when the tab closes or consent is withdrawn. Google keeps the resulting event data for the period configured on the Analytics property. Advertising storage stays denied unless you also allow advertising. |
| Apollo Website Visitors | Apollo | Advertising | After advertising consent, identifies visiting companies and, when contact identification is enabled, eligible U.S. business contacts for sales outreach. Receives IP addresses, page URLs, referrers, campaign parameters, and browser identifiers; may match these with business-contact data from its partners. Uses first-party local storage: apolloAnonId is a browser identifier with no automatic expiry; 6aaadff34da1cb000c41b806_canTrack caches eligibility for 24 hours; 6aaadff34da1cb000c41b806_eventQueue holds pending events until delivered, with no fixed expiry; liveIntentData caches identity-match results for 24 hours. The site removes these entries when advertising consent is withdrawn or no longer valid. Apollo controls server-side retention under its privacy policy and our account settings; the 24-hour cache periods do not limit that retention. |
| LiveIntent identity matching | LiveIntent, through Apollo | Advertising | Apollo may load this partner after advertising consent to match browser activity with identity data, including hashed email identifiers. IP addresses and browser information are shared with the provider for this purpose. The partner may use cookies and other identifiers under its privacy policy. Cookie lifetimes and server-side retention are controlled by the partner, not the site. The site cannot delete storage on a third-party domain; use browser controls and the provider's privacy choices to manage it. |
| Meta Pixel | Meta | Advertising | Counts visits and completed demo bookings for advertising. It loads only after you allow advertising. Sets the first-party cookies _fbp and, after a Meta ad click, _fbc, which expire after 90 days. After advertising consent, the site uses the same lh_demo_bookings session record that Google Analytics uses so a single booking is not counted twice. It stores up to 100 booking identifiers, sends none of those identifiers to Meta, and clears them when the tab closes or consent is withdrawn. Meta keeps the resulting event data according to its retention settings. Analytics storage stays denied unless you also allow analytics. |

Apollo can identify a company or eligible U.S. business contact without a form submission, using the data described above. Contact identification also depends on the mode enabled in our Apollo account. Before any further tag is published through Tag Manager, this page must name the vendor, purpose, storage, retention, recipients, and privacy policy.

### Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, the site keeps advertising disabled. You may still choose whether to allow analytics.

### Change or withdraw your choice

Use the button below or the "Your privacy choices" control in the footer. Withdrawing a category stops future tag activity, removes known first-party tracker cookies and Apollo local-storage entries, and reloads the page. Storage on third-party domains and data already sent to providers are not deleted by that action.

### Browser controls

Browsers also let you inspect, block, or delete cookies. Deleting`lh_consent` removes the saved choice, so the site will ask again when optional tracking is configured.
