Ravi Jayanthi
CEO / Founder
Ravi founded Lighthouse to build AI tools for plaintiff law firms. His background spans software engineering and product development, including work at Color on cancer screening and prevention. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern.
Ryan builds Lighthouse’s AI voice agents. His background spans telecom, network infrastructure, and software development. He co-founded Nextvisit AI, which builds clinical documentation software, and publishes open-source tools for developers working with AI.
Frank works on AI engineering at Lighthouse. As a founding engineer at Tower Research Ventures, he also works across AI companies on agent systems and the infrastructure behind them.
