Program and operator

Lighthouse Legal Updates is offered by Lighthouse Legal Labs, Inc, doing business as Lighthouse Legal, at 377 Broadway, Floor 3, New York, NY 10013. Operational texts cover appointment reminders, service alerts, and account notifications. Marketing texts cover offers, product announcements, and event invitations.

Your consent choices

Use our text message preference form to choose the messages you want to receive from Lighthouse Legal.

Operational SMS, marketing SMS, and marketing email have separate, optional consent choices. Providing a phone number or submitting a form does not by itself authorize text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Marketing texts can use automated technology.

Only provide a number you own or are authorized to use. Notify us if you give up or change that number. An existing customer relationship does not substitute for SMS consent.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your selected categories, account activity, and requests. Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Contact your carrier about those charges. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability; messages can be delayed or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to cancel texts from this program or HELP for help. A clear request in ordinary language to stop texting also withdraws consent. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation of your request and no further program texts unless you opt in again. Unsubscribing from texts does not cancel your account or services.

Privacy and other terms

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS service providers can process that information only to deliver and support our messaging program. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Changes to message purposes require fresh consent where required. These terms do not authorize texts before enrollment or replace the consent disclosures presented when you sign up.
